What is Coil Cleaning?

Think of it as a deep clean for your air-conditioning system. This is the next step up from just a regular cleaning of the filters.

Over time the surfaces of the coils can become dirty as the air moving over the coils can contain dust, dirt, pollen, moisture and other contaminants. A build-up of contaminants decreases the available surface area for heat transfer, reducing the energy consumption and poor system performance. It is important that air conditioning coils are regularly inspected.

What we do

We put a bag around you system, spray a safe, non caustic chemic solution onto the coils to loosen any debris, let it set and wash it off into the bag. Simple and effective!
